Ina Ansmann and Timothy Noonan took on the The Truffledore farm and business in early 2019 and for us it has been a wonderful and much needed tree change! We love combining our passion for great food and simple farm living in a true farm-to-table experience with some truffle decadence thrown in! At the truffledore we offer farm stays, bed and breakfast, truffle products, farm tours and cooking experiences.
